Discover how to bring the innate wisdom of the feminine cycles into your teaching practice. In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll explore how the rhythms of the menstrual cycle and the concept of inner seasons can deepen your connection with yourself and your students and transform the way you hold space.

We’ll dive deep into the hormonal system of a female body and how to live in alignment with the natural ebb and flow of energy, emotions, and creativity.
We discover how we can  create trauma-sensitive, inclusive spaces that celebrate cyclical living for people with wombs, while remaining mindful of all bodies and experiences. And how we can design class themes, sequences, and cues that reflect the wisdom of the wild feminine.

This workshop is designed for teachers who want to weave deeper embodiment and cyclical awareness into their offerings. Together, we’ll cultivate a more intuitive, compassionate way of teaching that honors the sacred connection between body and nature.

When we place ourselves in the scared witness perspective we become a co creator with all of life. Allowing ourselves to unravel past trauma, stories and patterns that are holding us back from living our most authentic life and then taking these skills and tools into scared relating becoming a person that people can deeply trust to work through any and all hardships transforming all the raw material that arises into gold that feeds and fuels our life.

"Teaching might even be the greatest of the arts since the medium is the human mind and spirit. Teachers who inspire know that teaching is not about answering questions but about raising questions—opening doors for students that they would not have expected.”

– Mark Van Doren
